This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and designcoding for the use of computer-aided design files and computer codes (“Products”). By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant

Designcoding grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for both personal and commercial purposes. This license includes the right to use, modify, and distribute the Products in your personal or commercial projects, subject to the limitations outlined in this agreement.

Restrictions

a. Resale Prohibition: You may not resell the Products, in part or in whole, without the explicit written permission of designcoding.

b. Proper citing: You may not publish the Products without properly citing this website and its owner.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Products are licensed, not sold. designcoding retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of designcoding.

Warranty and Liability

a. No Warranty: The Products are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. designcoding makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Products.
b. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall designcoding be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products, even if designcoding has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Technical Support

Technical support is provided at the discretion of designcoding and is limited to the functionality and use of the Products. designcoding is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software or hardware.

Updates and Modifications

Designcoding may release updates or modifications to the Products at its discretion. Users are encouraged to check for updates regularly.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement.
