License Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using any files, scripts, plugins, templates, CAD models, or other digital assets (“Products”) provided by Designcoding, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

License Grant

Unless otherwise stated, the Products are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may:

• Use the Products in client work and commercial productions.
• Use the Products for personal or commercial projects.
• Modify the Products to fit your own work.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, resell, or sublicense the original Products, whether modified or unmodified.
• Upload the Products to another website, marketplace, repository, or cloud drive.
• Package the Products as part of another downloadable asset library.

Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required for commercial or personal projects. If you publicly share the original Products or create tutorials featuring them, please provide reasonable credit to Designcoding by linking to www.designcoding.net, where practical.

Ownership

The Products are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain the property of Designcoding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Products are provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Designcoding makes no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designcoding shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products. You assume full responsibility for verifying the suitability of the Products before using them in any project.

Updates

Designcoding may update, improve, or discontinue any Product at any time without notice. This does not create any obligation to provide future updates or technical support.

Donations and Membership

Voluntary support through platforms such as Patreon helps fund the continued development of Designcoding but does not transfer ownership or grant additional licensing rights unless explicitly stated.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the original Products.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
